With rain besieging the South Coast Bognor made the shortish journey along the seafront to meet us at Piddinghoe Avenue. The first half was fairly even with Bognor having more of the possession but unable to create any clear cut chances. Several dead ball situations came and went and the game was fairly even.
In the second half the rain abated slightly and allowed some more football to be played. Bognor drew first bllod when Ollie Pearce slid in to deflect a ball past Ash Jones and Di Bernado to give Bognor the advantage. Evan Archibald joined the fray for his debut to replace Charlie Pitcher. It didn't look like it was going to be Peacehaven's day when Burton looked likely to meet a diving header with it just being too far away to reach.
In the 90th minute the ball eventually found Evan Archibald in the box who was able to nod the ball low to the keeps right in injury time to grab a point back for the Magpies and for the seond successive time deny Bognor a win in injury time. Next up it's Grays on Sunday at 3pm due to a ground share FA Cup clash at their ground.
