The idea was very simple: you could get your name or your company's name on the back of the under 23s warm up jumpers and T-Shirts and it would cost just £15 to buy a raffle square to go into the draw.

There were 50 squares and if all were sold £750 would be raised - enough to buy this vital kit. All 50 squares were sold and the kit has been ordered.

The winners
A draw took place using an online random number generator at Peacehaven & Telscombe's monthly board meeting via the Zoom platform on Wednesday July 8. The draw was carried out by Dave Croydon and Phil Merry and witnessed by six board members.

The first number out was number 45 and the winner is: Barry Neve. He will have his name on the back of the under 23s warm up jumpers.

The second number drawn was number 49 and the winner is: Peacehaven Wild Kids. Their name will be on the back of the warm-up T-Shirts.

Joint under 23s manager Dave Croydon said: "On behalf of Dan Norwood and myself I would like to thank everyone who supported this initiative. We are both extremely grateful for the generosity of our brilliant supporters." He concluded: "Dan and I are both looking forward to the new season and of course looking forward to seeing Barry Neve and Peacehaven Wild Kids on the back of our warm-up tops."
