New date for youth signing on night
THE DATE for the new season’s youth signing on night has been changed to Thursday July 18.
Originally this had been set for July 16, but has now moved to Thursday July 18.
The venue is the clubhouse at the football ground in Piddinghoe Avenue, Peacehaven and signing on begins from 6pm.
Youth secretary Sue Knevitt stresses that signing on won’t begin before 6pm. She also asks that you bring your scissors and glue. Health care forms can be re-signed and dated if nothing has changed.
If you’ve not already got these, the signing on form and the health questionnaire can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.
All youth managers are encouraged to print off enough forms for their individual teams. If you don't have access to a printer please email Sue Knevitt at sue.knevett@hotmail.co.uk
If any players are new and have not been registered with the Sussex Youth FA previously, each will need to bring their passport or birth certificate PLUS two passport sized photographs.
Don’t forget, youth signing on night is now from 6pm on Thursday July 18.
