PEACEHAVEN & TELSCOMBE make the short trip to Hassocks on Saturday as the FA Vase makes its season's bow.

With five games under their belt since the season began on September 1, Peacehaven's results have been inconsistent, having won two and losing three games.

Meanwhile Hassocks have won three of their opening games in all competitions and lost two. Possibly the highlight of their results so far this season was their 3-2 win against league title favourites Lancing on September 8.

Three of Haven's new players this season turned out for Hassocks last term: striker Liam Benson, midfielder Alex Spinks and utility player Harry Mills and with Bradley Bant, a Peacehaven player for the previous two seasons having returned to Hassocks, the game will no doubt have an added edge.

If you're planning to go to the game, here's what you need to know: The address is: Hassocks FC, The Beacon, Brighton Road, Hassocks, West Sussex, BN6 9LY, tel: 01273 846040.

The game will be decided on the day and if required, extra time and penalties will come into play.

The Peacehaven & Telscombe FA Vase game is pay on the gate with no advance tickets available. Entrance is £6 adults, £3 concessions and under 16s go free. The Beacon is now accepting contactless payments at the turnstiles and in the clubhouse.

Upon entry, we need to collect supporters’ details for track and trace reasons. If you have the relevant app, you can scan a QR code on your phone upon entry. If not, then please fill in the contact form when you arrive at the ground.

Once inside the ground, supporters are asked to maintain social distancing at all times. The clubhouse is operating a one way system: entrance is through the pitchside doors between the dugouts and exit is via the doors by the turnstiles.

Supporters are asked to wear masks inside unless they are eating or drinking or are medically exempt. The Robins Bar is well stocked with lots of local beers and the T Bar will be open for hot food, teas and coffees. Our award winning matchday programme will be on sale for £1.
