This first round game was originally scheduled to be played at Seaford, but due to floodlight issues at Seaford, the game has been switched to The Sports Park.
Seaford are currently in seventh place in Southern Combination Division One having won four, drawn one and lost three of their eight games.
Even though there is a division difference between the two sides, those who witnessed the pre-season friendly in July which ended all square, will know Peacehaven will be in for a tough game and they underestimate their near neighbours at their peril.
The game kicks-off at 7.30pm and because this is a cup game, season ticket holders will need to pay the normal entry price which is £7 for adults and £5 for over 65s. Under 18s get in for free.
The clubhouse, bar and snack bar will be open.
